The Balliett family call Kansas City, KS home. Their quaint neighborhood sits close to St. Peter’s Cathedral Church and Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.

The Balliets contacted Historic Waterproofing to repair their stone foundation. Their house is over 100 years old and the stone foundation had suffered serious deterioration. Prior repairs had been made with incorrect mortar which caused even further damage to the stone. A custom blend was made to match the original mortar along with careful installation of a “convex” or “rope” joint profile.
